History of Meat House Ādaži
Considering the high consumption of meat and sausage products among the Latvian population, along with the potential and expertise of its founders in production processes, SIA Meat house – Ādaži was established in 2009. The company initially opened its production facility in Ādaži, which is where the brand name originates from. The core activities of the company include the production, wholesale, and retail of meat products.
Soon, the products made in Ādaži gained recognition in Riga and the surrounding areas. The fragrant sausages and sandwich meats produced by Meat house – Ādaži, crafted with great care, love, and responsibility, quickly made their way onto the shelves of major supermarket chains and became some of the leading products on the market at the time.
2009
2010
As the company experienced rapid growth, the need for a larger production facility arose. In 2010, Meat House Ādaži relocated to city Lielvārde, while proudly retaining its name, brand, and connection to Ādaži. The company continued to support the Ādaži MTB cycling team, maintaining its ties to the community where it all began.
In the new facility in Lielvārde, production resumed with renewed energy, as Meat House Ādaži began developing and offering an ever-growing range of delicious meat products to Latvian consumers.
2011
2014
Meat House Ādaži continues its expansion with the construction of a new packaging and semi finished products department, along with the acquisition of modern equipment to further enhance production efficiency and product quality.
The development didn’t stop there—by 2018, a new semi-finished product production facility was built, which at the time became the most modern and well-equipped of its kind in Latvia.

2019
Since 2019, Meat House Ādaži has launched a vegan brand called V-Ego (www.v-ego.lv), becoming the first in Latvia to produce vegan products.
The company initiated the construction of its own logistics center, designed to store raw materials, finished products, and frozen goods intended for export, further strengthening its supply chain and export capabilities.

Meat House Ādaži is also well known for its traditional product range – hot-smoked products such as meats and semi-dry sausages – all smoked using natural wood.
Over the years of intensive operation, the company has established strong and lasting partnerships with suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and labels.
